I have a Sears Kenmore Front Load Waher and have been trying to get it repaired for a month now. Everytime someone is schedule to come out they do not come. I've called the repair number and hold for way too long only to have them tell me it has been rescheduled. When I ask why it is always a family emergency. This is getting to be ridiculous. I have posted my experience everywhere I know to post it and plan to post in the local paper for people not to shop at Sears. Still no washing machine and can't get any answers.
