I have owned my Kenmore Washing Machine less than 5 years.in that time, I have had to have Sears come in 3 separate times to repair the machine for the SAME thing (doesn't spin). The usage is very low so I'm not overworking it by any means. The first time was within the first year. It looks like Sears makes low-quality appliances, sell a LOT at a cheaper price, then screw people with the service price, which is high if you haven't experienced it. I have told everyone I know to never let me buy another Sears appliance.
