Sears Kenmore dryer repair nightmare - Kenmore Elite Top Load Washe

I have paid a ridiculous amount for the Sears service contract only to find out that the first time I need to use it they tell me that the part for my dryer won't be in for 3 months!!! Isn't that WHY you get a service contract? To avoid ever having to be without something like your dryer for any extended period of time!!! I'm SO disappointed in this outcome that I will NEVER buy a Sears appliance or service contract again!!
