Called in for repair Sunday Sept. 25. It is the second time in less than 90 days a Sears Service Tech has been called to repair this Kenmore refriderator. It has a maintenance contract from Sears that is not being honored. Was told it would be 7 days (in June we were told it would be 2 weeks) before we could get a service tech here to fix the Kenmore refridgerator and they do not work on Sundays. Meantime food spoils and we have NO refridgerator. We will have a hard time justifying a sears purchase in the near future. We will also hesitate to pay any amount to Sears for a contract that will not be honored. We are extremely dissappoited in Sears. They do not want to repair there own products. They DO NOT care!
