I bought a service agreement from Sears when my Kenmore/Frigidaire dryer failed. A Sears Technician came to repair an overheating dryer. He replaced the motor and blower and said my dryer was repaired. It still overheats and I had to schedule another appointment. My dryer will have been down close to two weeks when a repairman comes to finish? The job? If he has to order a part then it will be even longer. I recommend people use a reputable repair service and not Sears!
