William Van Behren with Truist Investment Services has been as unresponsive as possible to my requests for my mother's money, left to me on September 22, 2024. I have not gotten any response from him, despite visiting several Truist branch offices requesting assistance. Additionally, the executor of the will for Michaelina Simmons, Karren McGhee of Milledgeville, Georgia, has failed to properly communicate according to her fiduciary duties, consistently, for over a year.
I would like to file a formal complaint against both parties. There is also a residuary that has been hidden in a Goldman Sachs account by Karren McGhee. Unfortunately, I have to turn in my own family. As of today, I have not received the money intended for me, and I get no response from Truist.
