Purchased a Kenmore Elite Top Loading Washer from Sears in 2005. Washer started leaking water when filled (Jan) called Sears, scheduled Tech to come out. Apparently Sears sold me a washer that does not have a serial number on it. I have purchased many appliances from Sears I did not realize this was not on the washer. Sears is suppose to be the experts why would they sell a washer and deliver to my home without a serial number. Even though I have a warranty they will not repair (I will never buy another item from Sears I have purchased all major appliances from them for the last 25 to 30 years with extended warranties. This meeans noting to Sears.
