Three technician visits to my parents' home and Kenmore dishwasher still does no work properly. Last visit was 27 nov. Called Sears Home Repair on 28 nov and schedule another appt for 30 nov. Technician did not show up. Spent the next 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone. Was hung up to 3 times, sent to Canada once. Am told there is no record of my call on the 28th. Am on hold for the 6th time. Will NEVER use Sears Home Repair again.
