Deactivated My Account After I Asked Them Not To, Now Frozen

Bluebird visa deactivated my acct. After I asked them not to. Customer service said they wouldn't last wk. Now my acct is frozen, can't pay bills, rent, get food, pet food, get my car out of the shop.
