Our Kenmore washing machine was malfuncitoning so I called Sears. The first time the repair person came it could not be fixed because of a part. Waited 5 days because of a part and the weekend. The next visit was an installation of the part and a successful diagnositic test without clothes. The machine did not run with clothes. The next appointment was 1 week away. Spent hours on hold waiting to talk to managers. Extremely frustrating.
