Never Received Payment

I scanned in a LOT of legal books I used for my master's degree. The first lot, they offered me $149.00, but after they received and scanned my books, they offered me $74.00. I got an email saying the check was on the way, but I never received the check. Even after emailing them to say the check has not arrived, they are rude and still will not reissue it. About one week after I shipped the first box of books, I sent another box with just a few books. They offered me $10.00, but only sent me a check for $0.56 -- yes, you read that right; 56 cents! But, where is the FIRST check they said they sent? Nowhere to be found! They never pay what they say they will--it's a rip-off!
