They claim they renew passports, and their forms and website replicate that of the official website for renewing passports online. Upon receipt of an email from them confirming the purchase and reading receipt, I realized this was not my passport renewal and called immediately. I spoke to Jennifer, who stated that they cannot guarantee a refund but would escalate it to accounting.
I called back today and was told they refuse to refund me with zero explanation as to why. I have already turned it over to my credit card company. Additionally, I am unable to speak with any management or persons from the accounting department.
