When we bought the warranty for the 3G ipod, they told us that if anything were to happe to it that it would be automatically replaced by a new one. Our warranty covers two years and it has only been one year, we went to the Best Buy Store #51 in Wichita, KS and we were assisted by Vyonis and Patricia. Patricia made us feel discriminated, she looked at us bad, assisted us bad, and with an arrogant attitude. I don't uderstand how Best Buy hires people like that, when all they do is make Best Buy lose costumers. With this experiece we will never again buy from Best Buy. We ended up, practically, with the same ipod.
