Sold Car As-Is Despite Knowing of a Major Safety Issue

We bought this car from Manheim Auto Auction (via Cash for Cars), and I'd like to sue them for selling a car as-is while knowing full well about this issue - they gave it the green light to sell without disclosing the major safety issue.
