I received an Ipod Nano for Christmas last year. I used it for 2 months when the click wheel stopped working completely. I did all the Apple tests and nothing fixed it so I sent it in for repair. I got my Ipod back extremely fast only to find out that they think the Ipod was damaged due to an "external force". The Ipod has never been dropped or otherwise damaged and looks mint to the naked eye. I have several other mp3 players that have been in use for years and have been beaten up and they work just fine. I cannot believe this $150 product died so quickly and is not covered under warranty. I think this is just a scam so you are forced to buy another Ipod and therefore make Apple even more money. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!
