I purchased an Apple Ipod From Brandsmart Doraville in July 2006 and purchased a warranty with it. I took it back and went to the store where I bought it. I went in to the counter and spoke to the sales people where I purchased the new Ipod and was told sorry we don't sell the Ipod anymore. I then ask for a supervisor and was told the same thing. They told me to go to Apple. I told them the story and they wanted me to buy another one so I did. Mine was still under warranty until July8th of 2008. I got a call from the warranty people on June 23rd and they wanted to extend my warranty. I explained the situation to them and they told me it was Brandsmarts responsibility. So I called Brandsmart talked to the store manager and she was rude as she could be. She told me you don't have the product, No warranty. I explained why I didn't have the product. Her store told me to go back to Apple. I have bought more than Brandsmart realizes. Its now time for Brandsmart to realize if you sell something stand behind it, or tell your employees when they come to work in the mornings how to help their costomers obtain a warranty. They will will truly be the loosers in this deal. Thankyou for keeping good knoledgeable employees and treating your costomers with respect. It might take a while but a few badmouths like mine and its over boys and girls.
