Purchased the Quick Shine Mop kit with the automatic dispenser a few weeks ago. I used it once and thought it was great. I went to use it today, and nothing—the handle to dispense was tight, and nothing came out. Went online to troubleshoot, did everything they suggested, but nothing. Their final advice was that the trigger mechanism broke and I should return it. That would be nice, but I no longer have the packaging or receipt. I will simply trash it and purchase a similar Swiffer product, which I previously had and used for years.
