I Have an Ipod Touch G2 that I sent out to your warranty Dept because I have been having issues with the Ipod Touch.
THe rest button hasn't been working and sometimes it freezes up. Well Two days lafter your dept received my Ipod, it was sent back. I wondered why it was so qquick. So I got it back today and they said it could not be fixed because of corossion and it could be becuase it got went. Well i told them I don't know how that could happen, when I always protected my ipod. It was never brought anywhere near water, it never got went and always kept away from the sun. It was always well protected. They told me they cannot do anything about it because one of the cheap was corroding. What? I told them I don't understand. I got a warranty for a reason, I took care of my Ipod and now that it's having issue you guys won't fix it. So what's the point of the warranty? WTF! I am so upset right now. I am not happy with the Warranty Dept Service at all. I am now swearing off/away from buying any warranties from Sams Club all together. This is the second time I was F*ed over. First my computer and now this. Maybe in the future me and my family will just stay away from Sams Club all together. This is really a bad customer service.
There is no point of warranty with you guys at all, all you do is take the money.
Also I called and ask for a copy of the so-called pictures that was taken of my Ipod and all I got was an email with no picture attachment.
Goodbye Sams Club! I am done with you.
