Purhachased a two-year guarantee on my Apple I-Pod Contact 4Th-Generation on December 8,2010.
We'd been experiencing technical trouble using the camera (wouldn't start in the control). We got it towards the Apple Shop to determine if it'd be considered a quick-fix. They exposed it-up and decided that it'd a faulty camera. There is no additional harm. Apple offered me this reaction written down to deliver with my Ipod towards the guarantee organization through Goal. Bear in mind that ANYTHING done this Ipod except the camera.
I sent the Ipod to Focus Onis Guarantee organization (Usa Camera/Guarantee Logistics). They'd the Ipod for 2 months before delivering it back declaring there is liquid injury. I instantly named Goal to discover precisely what they noticed. Did they've any images? She explained that I ought to get my Ipod set through Apple. I told her I actually donot possess a guarantee through Apple... I purchased a guarantee from Goal! I got the Ipod back again to the Apple Shop to obtain extra information concerning the broken Ipod and so I might deliver back again to Goal's Guarantee Organization.
