Ought an ipod at walmart, it broke after 10days went to return it and was referred to ipod store that is 20miles away. Talked to customer service and went to ipod store where I was told I will have to make an appt and then return. So 20 dollars in gas and 10 days with a working ipod and 9 days w/out ipod. Answer to problem buy new ipod and replace new ipod with old in packaging, then return ipod for full refund. Asap it is unproffesional and crimanal what they are doing, so this seems the fairest way to get what you have paid for.
