Unauthorized $43 Subscription After a $5 One-Time Fee

I was trying to figure out another charge in my bank account from another scammer, and it looks like JustAnswer and this other scammer are linked together. I asked JustAnswer who Margin Holdings Limited was, so they charged me a $5 one-time fee, which was supposed to be refunded. Instead, they signed me up for a subscription charging $43, so now I have been charged $43.00 + $58.44. I want a refund for all.
