Hard Drive Failed After One Month and Replacement Not Sent

I bought a new HP Pavilion PC, from Sam's Club, we had it one month and the hard drive went bad was told that they would send us another one, of course, they didn't. Now it was told to us that we must send back the old hard drive before 'THEY' send a new one, I curse the very day that I purchased an HP, will NEVER again buy anything with the name: HP!!!
