Failure to replace defective hard drive 2 months after purchase

I purchased a HP Pavilion Notebook on 2/27/06 on 4/27/06 my hard drive failed completely and totally. I called the HP support line went through 1 hour of making them understand my name and address (which was still wrong on my follow up call 2 days later) i was told a new hard drive was being shipped overnight by FedEx along with a return label for the defective drive. I called 2 days later since i have not received a new hard drive and they advised me they are sorry it was shipping monday morning and i would have it tuesday afternoon, i called wednesday with no visit from fedex and was told again were sorry its shipping today... Too make a long story (21 calls and 4 weeks later) i still have no hard drive and today 4 weeks since the start of this i was again told by a supervisor that they are shipping it monday. Im sitting here with my defective hard drive (all my data gone) and my $1300.00 17" useless notebook computer, with only hp's lies to keep me company.
