Signs You Up for a Hidden Subscription Service

Propertyreports.com places links on governmental agencies, such as property taxes and permits, that lead you to believe they have a business relationship with cities, counties, and other governmental agencies to provide reports to anyone seeking information. They routinely sign you up for a subscription service that is not readily identifiable. They pull data from a variety of sources and do not validate the information. I tried to get them to correct the information; however, they do not take any accountability for errors, nor do they correct them. Insurance companies use them often to determine insurability. Beware!
