! attended a sales seminar for Hilton Grand Vacations Summit Resort in Sedona Arizona on November 12, 2025. My Stay also included a 3-night stay at a Hilton resort in the Sedona area which I pre-paid 11 months earlier. Post seminar I was given what I thought an application for a $100.00 voucher for a future stay at a Hilton Garden Inn of my choice. I sent what I thought was the application with my receipt from the summit on to HGV to obtain my voucher. I returned home on January 13, 2026, after being away for 24 days and found a card from HGV in my mailbox. The card from GHV stated that request could not be honored (Your hotel stay must be after your personal preview and within 6 months of issuance date.). I realize now that what I thought was an application was the actual voucher that I was supposed present upon check-in at a Hilton Honors Hotel. The representative at my third customer service phone call to an HGV/Hilton Honors number said this was my avenue to reimbursement.
I stayed 2 nights at a Hilton Garden Inn at Rancho Mirage, California from January 3-5, 2026, and would like to be reimbursed for $100.00. I was also told that i would receive 15,000 bonus points for attending the seminar stay in Sedona, AZ. I have no yet seen these points awarded to my account.
