I bought a new HP PAVILION PC, from Sams club, we had it onw month and the HARD DRIVE WENT BADwas told that they would send us another one, of course, they didn't. Now it was told to us that we must send back the old hard drive before 'THEY' send a new one, I curse the very day that I purchased an HP, will NEVER again buy anything with the name: HP!!!
