Order Never Shipped and Refund Request Ignored

I ordered a buy 1 get 1 Goda for her and body oil over 3 weeks ago. I have not received a shipping confirmation or my items. I keep getting emails, but no merchandise, and the total charge was withdrawn from my card before the items were processed or shipped.

I asked for a refund over a week ago and still have nothing.
