The hard drive failed on my HP dv2000t Pavilion. My computer is one year old and under warranty. On Oct. 5th 2007 I called for a replacement hard drive. I was told it would arrive Oct. 11. I called Oct. 11 because I had not received it. They told me I would receive it Oct. 25.
I called Oct. 25, they said I would receive it Nov. 2nd. I called Nov. 2nd and they told me it would be shipped that day, and if it was not I could call and ask to speak with a case worker. It was not shipped Nov. 2nd, so I called again that day and asked to speak with a Case Worker. The HP employee said there were no case workers and that I had been given the run around. She then said there was nothing she could do for me.
The replacement hard drive had not been shipped. I have been without a computer for a month.
