Bought a laptop to help my business when I have to travel. After 15 days, the computer wouldn't boot up. After 11 phone calls, someone finally diagnosed the computer and discovered it was a hard drive issue. Was told I would receive a box in 2 days to send the computer in; I got the box 10 days later. Was told I would get the computer back in 7 days, got it back three weeks later. 13 days after I got the computer back, the same thing happened. This time, HP decided they would send me a replacement hard drive and have me do it myself. The hard drive was supposed to be over-nighted. That was two weeks ago... And I still haven't received it. I ended up just buying another new computer from a different company. Oh, and when I called HP and asked when I could expect this hard drive, the woman asked, "How long ago did you place the order?" I told her two weeks ago. Then she replied with, "Well, anytime between two weeks ago and never." Yeah, nice doing business with ya...
