No Recovery CDs Included With Pavilion Computer

I was ripped off, I bought a Pavilion 9905 model computer, came without a cd recovery, if my hard drive goes out it is just tough for me, I called HP, they said they put it on my hard drive, that is very stupid, they are running a money scheme, they need to be reported to the better business bureau, they said if the hard drive went bad I would have to send it back to hp, I paid $3400 dollars and got ripped, I recommend compaq, they are coming with restore cds
