Ripoff

I was ripped off, i bought a pavilon 9905 model computer, came without a cd recovery, if my hard drive goes out it is just tough for me, i called hp, they said they put it on my hard drive, that is very stupid, they are running a money sceem, they need to be reported to the better business bureo, they said if the hard drive whent bad i would have to send it back to hp, i paid $3400 dollars and got ripped, i recommend compaq, they are coming with restore cds
