I have been a customer of B.O. A for many years. My residence is across the street from BOA, (Sebring Square) in Sebring, Fla. Several of the employees including the branch Manager, (Carla Jones) is very rude. Every time I go into this branch office to do any of my banking needs I am treated like a stranger off the streets. On 11/7 I went to this branch office to withdrawal some money from my Visa. The ATM would not allow me to do the transaction so I went inside. I took a seat in the waiting area. There was no one else waiting for assistance. Ms Jones, Branch Manager step out of her office and looked at me and walked back into her office without saying anything. I continued to wait until another employee came to assist me. This is not the first time I have had a complaint about Ms Jones. She is always been very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards me. To keep from having to deal with her and some of the employees at this branch I drive 11 miles north to the Avon Park Branch. This branch is very helpful and professional. They go out of their way to assist the customers. I should not have to drive OUT OF MY WAY to go to this branch when I have branch closer to me. Unless something is done at the Sebring Square branch office to make banking more enjoyable, I have no other choice. I feel employees treat the customers how they are taught by the management. Carla Jones at the Sebring Square office Sebring, Florida does NOT set a good example to her employees. Lastly, B.O. A has gotten too big for their britches. They were a better bank when it was "Barnett Bank". You were a customer, not just an account number. Where has good customer service gone?
