Product ineffective, poor communication, refusal to refund unshipped medication

I purchased a 26‑week supply of compounded semaglutide from TrimRX. I have only received 12 weeks of product. The remaining 14 weeks have not been shipped, yet TrimRX refuses to refund the unshipped portion.

The medication has provided no benefit — I have not lost any weight, my cravings have not improved, and I have experienced no therapeutic effect. In addition, communication from TrimRX has been extremely poor. I repeatedly asked for medically necessary dosing clarification because the instructions on the vials did not match the treatment plan provided. It took weeks to receive any response, and I was left without safe guidance.

I also cannot find any way to cancel my membership on their website, and TrimRX has not provided a clear cancellation process. Their refusal to refund unshipped product, combined with ineffective medication, conflicting dosing instructions, and lack of communication, has left me feeling misled and unsupported.

I am requesting:

A refund for the 14 weeks of medication that have not been shipped,

Cancellation of my TrimRX membership, and

Written confirmation that no future charges or shipments will occur.
