Daily Robocalls for a Loan I Never Applied For

This company calls me or texts me almost daily to see if I want to obtain a debt consolidation loan with them. They state that I had a loan application and that they are calling from Underwriting. I've never applied for a loan, I've never heard of this company and my phone marks them as Spam every single time they called. They left me a message yesterday and again today.
