Virginia Beach Pools / 757 Pool Man
Took Payment and Never Finished the Pool Work

Nick Noel is a scam artist. Do not give this guy any money. He spends all the money and asks for more payments or else he won't finish. He does not care about what the contract says. Not sure what he is into but he is very shady.
