MOTTO ALIGNERS
I used Aspen dental duluth mn for my motto aligners. i never received my initial consultation appt where they would show me my pictures of what a before and hopeful after would be. i never was told about my steps. they started shaving inbetween my teeth with a diamond flosser without warning or consent or discussion and so i was in pain without knowledge and then they put "buttons" on my teeth and gave me all my trays and sent me on my way. i havent been scheduled any followup appts for checking my buttons or aligners despite messaging in my motto app my concerns in oct and dec. no follow-ups whatsoever. so then last month i filed a complaint with corporate that i wanted my final retainer mailed to me as i plan to never use aspen again. i still have not gotten that mailed despite paying 3000 on a credit card to aspen. i don't think i should have to pay for this procedure with how this has all gone. i was supposed to get a call from a regional manager that i also never got. and that was promised by aspen corporate. i made a poor review online and corporate wrote back "i followed up with aspen and they resolved your issue" no they havent and i want all or half my money back too.
