On Sunday December 6th I discovered from the bank that my account was hacked into, and that led the manager to further investigate the issue.in the mean time the bank started charging me overdraft fees ranging from $110 to $220 and there were about 10 such fees charged to my account.
I told the bank manager in the Ritthenhouse Square branch about the fees and he told me to contact the home branch were I opened the account. I told him why should I call them aren't you all linked? But he was very firm in his answer, so I called the Chadds Ford, Pa branch and they referred me to Newtown Square branch. Now I am in contact with this branch and it is almost two weeks that I have got any response from them.
I am not sure which branch refunded my money, but I got my money back but still I have not got my overdraft fees back.
