Spoofed Caller ID Shows MOM on Incoming Calls

I have a credit score of over 800, with no unpaid debts or late payments in my whole adult life. They call me with a spoofed caller ID that shows "MOM". I called them to ask why they are spoofing numbers, but they would not talk to me.

Why does the government not shut these companies down? This is complete bullcrap!
