Printer - 7850 PHOTOSMART

I called hp for support for a 7850 photosmart printer and was told it would COST $34.00 so I went with chat on line for support spent hours with the tech. He said I have a hardware problem! So I TIED to fix the problem myself for days. Tied again with a tech for HOURS I was tooled I had a hardware problem again. So i tried to fix it again and guss what i fixed it without paying for support or any tech support this tells me never by a hp again
