I bought an HP all-in-one photosmart printer, C4680, at Office depot. Since I do not use it often it took a few weeks for the problem to show up. At that point Office Depot said it was no longer their problem so I approached hp. Their tech support has trouble with English. They recommended a solution. I did it. It worked for three-four uses and quit again. I called them again. I followed their instructions again. I un-installed it and re-installed it SEVEN times. The thing just will not work properly. So, i asked for a refund. Tech support can't help. Tech support "case manager" (thats a step up from tech support) can't help. So, I called headquarters, on my dime, and after long talks they said they couldn't help because... I was now out of warranty. I told them I can't really afford to lose $80 and they said... I was out of warranty!!! You would think I'm a drop in the big bucket to them, but obviously they need the $80 really bad.
