I just spent over an hour with a tech support person who was obviously in India. He did NOT solve my problem! I finally had to give up and hang up on him due to no response. I think he was playing computer games or something. I kept having to say "hello. Is anyone there?" He would respond only after a few times of asking. I had to give my credit card number before he would help me, and since there was NO help, I don't think I should be charged. I hope something can be done with the HP Customer Service and Tech Support soon. I, for one am thinking about discontinuing purchasing ANY HP product in the future.
