I bought a HP printer and the wireless feature did not work called hp tech support they said I needed to fix our problems on our computer to get the wireless feature working it cost 80$ the problem was not solved we then bought a new router that worked then we called HP tech support and explained that our computer was locking up and moving really slow they said it was not their fault and it was a different support I do not see how it could be the number I dialed was in with the paper work with our new printer. Our 1k$ computer is junk now Just a friendly reminder stay away from HP tech support.
