I puchsed a photosmart C309a printer. I had so many problems with the printer.
I called tech support to get a problem resolved with the wireless drivers and spooling. I was on Tech support for 5hrs.By the time i was done the printer did not work at all.
I did what tech support told me to do and turned computer opperation over to hp. I was told to unplug the printer and on the read out said do not unplug printer It will cause damage. I was 90% through the process and my screen said very important update had to be installed before any furter opperation should be done. Well to late the damage had all ready occured. The machine would not even shut down. I have had printer for only 583 days and ran about 1550 copies through the machine. I was very upset about the time line involved. To top it off I just purchased $205 of new hp cartriges. HP offered to replace the printer with a rebuilt at $185 well I could buy a new one at a big box for the same price. A slap in the face along with the $22 charge to tech support for no resolve.
