We purchases a pavilion computer and printer from a retailer in August. Both were defective and we have been battling HP for months to get operating equipment. Current the replacement reconditioned Photosmart 7510 printer was received 7/28. HP printer technicial support help install the printer. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times by HP support. The same issues reappear after a few days or we turn off the computer. We cannot print anything from the 7510 printer, the printer will not stay connected to the computer and the touch screen on the printer will not stay on. It turns on for 30 seconds and goes black. HP's executive case manager wants to reinstall the printer again tomorrow with him supervising the technical support. After two months and 6 re-installations this makes no sense. Obvious this is a defective product and HP will do nothing about it in a timely manner. (We have a replacement HP Pavilion computer that is 4 months old also.)
