Paid to have a character's skill power raised; never received an email confirming the purchase. I had to use the PayPal order number as the order number. I messaged them on live chat, provided my login info, and was told they would start working on it. I was told it would take an hour or less; 3.5 hours later, I still had no update. Then I was told it could take a day or two; I could do the work myself in that time! I guess the management didn't like being told that I pay for results, not excuses! They refunded my purchase and told me never to tell their people that I pay for results, not excuses, or anything like that ever again... What a laugh!
