I purchased a HP pavilion about a year and 3 months ago. Of course 3 months after the warranty expired, the motherboard crashed. So I called HP support to see what I could do. All they were interested in, was getting $99.99 out of me to extend the warranty. But that does not cover hardware cost, so I would be paying them just to tell me what i already knew. Not only would they not do anything to help me, I couldn't even get someone on the phone that I could understand. So after being on the phone for 2hrs., I got absolutely nothing accomplished.
