This is the 3rd complaint I have made. Above business has scammed me, which threw me into overdraft on my checking account. I have called twice, and get a run-a-round by some idiot. Lousy customer
Service. All of these charges are on my bank account. I do not know how to send the bank statement. As its no one business what I pay out of my social security check. Thats all we live on, my daughter and myself. Please isn't there any way I can get some HELP. I just got off the phone with another idiot, and he said"we are not giving you back any money." I asked why not, "he said you didn't go thru with the secret shopper job" So I lost my temper, and stated, after I found out what I needed to do, for a secret shopper, I called the Company right back, and told them, I couldn't do that, They thanked me, and that was all they said. I did not know they were under Drisurplussupplier.
Nor did I know, they were charging me$39.95 every 2 weeks
