After trying to explain what I was missing, the agents gave so many different excuses as to why. The answers were to the effect of "Maybe I should go to a hardware store for the parts that were missing?" or "Try using some small nails." They wanted me to backtrack and tell the agent, "How much did I pay?"
They had all of the order numbers but still wanted the email I used to order as well. What a waste of time. Then, all of a sudden, the chat went silent. It was 4 p.m., and it was time for them to go home!
