I purchased a HP pavilion about a year and 3 months ago. Of course 3 months after the warranty expired, the motherboard crashed. So i called HP support to see what i could do. All they were interested in, was getting $99.99 out of me to extend the warranty. But that does not cover hardware cost, so i would be paying them just to tell me what i allready knew. Not only would they not do anything to help me, i couldn't even get someone on the phone that i could understand. So after being on the phone for 2hrs., I got absolutly nothing accomplished.
