This is the second Hewett Packard computer that I have purchased, I should have learned from my past computer that they were not good. The first one sound went out when computer was 13 months old. This second computer is 14 months old, and it now has no sound. I feel they should last longer then 14 months. I will never buy another Hewett Packard product again, as they work only for the period under warranty, and then they go dead.
