Mercari
Two Refunds Never Received and Nobody Replies

No refund and no reply from Madrid 151515.

The amount of 19.50 was supposed to be received from Mercari, but nothing was done. About 4 months ago, another 21.00 was also not refunded. How many other people have been ripped off!
